We currently provide delivery services throughout Pakistan, subject to courier availability.

International shipping is not currently available.

• Major cities: 3–5 business days.
• Other cities: 5–7 business days.
• Remote areas: Delivery may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery is available, customers must provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address.

Customers are requested to accept their confirmed orders upon delivery.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be shipped again due to incorrect information.
